The products are divided into Land/Home, where we take security interest in the manufactured home and real estate via a trust deed, and Home Only, where we take security interest in just the manufactured home via a title. Home Only includes homes situated in manufactured home parks, homes located on leased ground, land owned by the client or on government or tribal lands.

In order to most efficiently process your loan request, we ask that you fully complete the loan submisions form and include the form with your 1008, 1003, credit report, and GFE for a fast credit approval.
